Duncan Shaw on the ‘B’ word and law firms

We are excited to announce that Living’s Chief Creative Office, Duncan Shaw, will be taking the stage at the upcoming Legal Marketing Association’s Annual Conference (LMA24).

The 'B' word, or branding as it's known, is all too often considered solely the aesthetic part of marketing or even avoided by marketers who are afraid to tackle the issue in a partnership organisation. But if done right, it can help your firm stand out in a crowded and largely homogenised marketplace and solidify relationships with clients.

Joining Duncan at LMA 24 will be two leading law firm CMOs, Jennifer Larivee from F3 Law (formerly of Akin) and Kate Stoddard from Kelly Drye who will discuss their respective recent rebranding experiences.

The panelists will share how they both used research to drive change management within theirs firm to create brands that speak to client needs and preferences, plus discuss the challenges and lessons learned throughout the process; and how they maintain brand standards.

LMA24 is the largest global meeting of legal marketing and business development professions and will be held on 3-5 April 2024 in San Diego, California.

Find out more about LMA24 and join us for our engaging session, The 'B' Word: Achieving Differentiation Through Branding', on April 4th at 1.45pm.
