Living attends Gramercy FCMA Awards

Another day in NYC means another day to win awards!

Client Services Director, Stephanie Isaacs, and Account Manager, Megan Miller, recently attended the Gramercy Institute Financial Content Marketing Awards (FCMA) to receive two of the institute’s prestigious awards on behalf of our clients AllianceBernstein (AB) and Tradeweb

Hosted by Bill Wreaks, the Chief Analyst from Gramercy Institute, our team enjoyed the morning congratulating other winners from firms like Barclays Investment Bank, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, T. Rowe Price, BMO, and Vanguard among others.

The event highlighted the industry-wide shift in the way financial institutions connect with their audiences through content marketing. Where it was once seen as a minor consideration, content marketing has now become a significant marketing pillar for nearly every financial company and, from the turnout of this event, it will only continue to grow in importance. 

Our team particularly enjoyed the panellists’ data-driven insights about how what was once considered old in marketing has now become new again! Findings show that financial advisors are preferring real-world experiences like lunch meetings or word-of-mouth recommendations. However, these advisors are even more hard to get a hold of than in the past, which is why all content marketing must provide value and a sense of connection.

The emphasis on simplifying content, humanising digital experiences, and personalising messaging are all incredible takeaways from this event. We are so grateful to have been a part of the Gramercy Institute FCMA and take home two wins for our clients.
